Outdoor Choices

At Picture It Studios, we understand that outdoor portraits require more than just a good location—they demand thoughtful planning, skilled teamwork, and a focus on your comfort and safety.

That’s why we almost always photograph as a team, using reflected-light techniques to naturally enhance the sophistication of each image. We also provide a portable changing tent to ensure modesty and eliminate wardrobe worries. Our presence as a team, whether it be for family pictures or high school senior pics, it increases physical security and helps deter interruptions, especially in more isolated areas.

Whether you prefer the nearby charm of the Southlands Campus or the dramatic backdrops of Red Rocks or Denver’s RINO District, we offer outdoor sessions tailored to your vision. But not every photographer thinks ahead. Choosing someone else may leave you with poor lighting, awkward moments—or worse, memories you regret not capturing right.

*Wall Portraits come with a (mounted) backing to e insure your portrait will stand the test of time. A $75 booking-fee required at time of booking any collection at Southshore or beyond *Ideally, on-location sessions should be booked at least 1 week in advance, but sooner appointments may be available if requested. *Collections' Contents are customizable * Collections include all sitting fees.
